Our Principal, Manu Duggal, has been on the Board of several charities and has been a Member of the First-Tier Tribunal (Charity) since 2010. He has sat on several high profile Charity cases which can be found here.
His experience and knowledge of issues arising from complex issues to do with a Charity’s Objects, Trustees, Governance and other complex issues reviewable by the Charity Commission is substantial.
Assuming no conflict of interest, he is available to assist charities either as a consultant or in a more formal role, subject to the disclosure policy of the First-tier Tribunal.
Our firm does not usually provide unremunerated services to the Charity sector.
